DSV4 native MXFP4: {prefix}.weight (E2M1 packed) + {prefix}.scale (E8M0). K3 official TSV: {prefix}.weight_packed + {prefix}.weight_scale. Math is crate::mxfp4_e8m0; this module only remaps names.
